Refund Policy

At QuickMuse, we are committed to providing a transparent, accessible, and reliable digital earning experience. This policy explains how refunds are handled for packages, wallet deposits, and subscriptions.

Effective Date: October 27, 2026

1. Refund Request Period

Users may request a refund for an eligible transaction within 7 days of the payment date.

To qualify under this voluntary refund period, the transaction must meet the conditions applicable to its payment type, as explained below.

The 7-day period does not limit any longer period or other remedy available under applicable law, including remedies for services not supplied, materially misrepresented, defective, or otherwise not provided as agreed.

2. Digital Earning Packages

QuickMuse may offer digital earning or mining packages with different features, benefits, and access conditions.

A refund may be considered when:

  • The user requests a refund within 7 calendar days of payment and the package has not been activated or materially used.
  • The same package payment was charged more than once.
  • Payment was completed but the purchased package was not credited to the user's account.
  • A verified technical error prevented the package from being provided as described.
  • An unauthorized transaction or another circumstance establishes a valid basis for a refund.

Once a package has been activated or materially used, a change-of-mind refund may not be available under this voluntary policy, subject to applicable law and any valid claim relating to the service.

Earnings below expectations do not, by themselves, qualify for a refund if the package was supplied as agreed and no other refund entitlement applies.

3. Wallet Deposits

Users may request a review of eligible wallet deposits within 7 calendar days of payment.

The following conditions apply:

  • Unused deposits: An eligible, unspent deposit may qualify for a refund following verification.
  • Duplicate deposits: Duplicate successful payments will be investigated and corrected where confirmed.
  • Failed transactions: If a payment was charged but the corresponding wallet credit was not received, QuickMuse will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
  • Incorrect payments: Deposits made in error may be reviewed, taking into account the transaction status and whether the funds have been used.
  • Partially used deposits: Where part of a deposit has been used, the remaining eligible amount may be considered for a refund, subject to the applicable terms and law.

Wallet balances are not automatically refundable merely because they appear on a dashboard. However, this does not prevent a user from exercising a valid contractual or statutory right to recover funds.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription refund requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date.

A refund may be considered where:

  • The subscription has not been activated or materially used.
  • A duplicate subscription payment has been confirmed.
  • The paid subscription was not activated after successful payment.
  • A significant technical problem prevented access to the subscribed service.
  • The subscription was materially different from what was represented at the time of purchase.

Where a subscription has been used, a voluntary change-of-mind refund may not be available. This restriction does not apply where a refund or another remedy is required by law or justified by a failure to provide the service as agreed.

Users may cancel future subscription renewals through the available account settings or by contacting QuickMuse support. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically refund a previous payment.

5. Transactions That May Not Qualify

Subject to applicable law and any specific rights or remedies, a refund may be declined when:

  • A user requests a refund solely because they changed their mind after the paid service was materially used.
  • A package or subscription was provided as described and the user simply expected higher earnings.
  • A request concerns promotional credits or bonuses that were provided free of charge.
  • The transaction has already been reversed or refunded.
  • The request is based on verified fraud by the claimant or materially false information.

QuickMuse will assess each request fairly. These conditions will not be applied to deny a refund or remedy that a user is legally entitled to receive.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact QuickMuse through the official support channels provided on our website.

Please provide:

  1. Your registered username or email address.
  2. The transaction reference or payment ID.
  3. The payment date and amount.
  4. The type of payment: package, wallet deposit, or subscription.
  5. A brief explanation of the reason for the request.
  6. Relevant payment receipts or other supporting evidence, where available.

For your security, never send your password, account PIN, or full payment card details.

QuickMuse may request additional reasonable information to verify the transaction and investigate the claim.

7. Refund Review and Processing Time

QuickMuse aims to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days after receiving the information reasonably required to assess the request.

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method where practicable.

Approved refunds are generally expected to be processed within 5–10 business days, although the time it takes for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.

These are target service times, not guarantees. Any mandatory legal deadline takes precedence.

If a delay occurs, QuickMuse will communicate relevant updates through the available support channels.

8. Refunds for Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, contact QuickMuse support as soon as possible.

We will review the transaction, verify the available information, and coordinate with the relevant payment provider where necessary.

Users should also contact their bank or payment provider when appropriate. Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the transaction circumstances and applicable law.

9. No Undisclosed Refund Fees

QuickMuse will not impose an undisclosed refund or administrative fee.

Any deduction from a refund must be lawful, properly disclosed where required, and consistent with the user's rights. No fee will be applied where doing so would unlawfully restrict a consumer's entitlement to a refund.

10. Complaints and Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may contact QuickMuse support and request a review.

Please include your original transaction reference and any additional information that may help resolve the matter.

If the issue remains unresolved, you may pursue any available remedy through the appropriate consumer protection authority or other lawful dispute resolution channel, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), where applicable.

11. Policy Updates

QuickMuse may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in its services, payment processes, or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued, and applicable legal requirements will take precedence.

12. Contact QuickMuse

For refund requests, payment questions, or complaints, please use the official contact details published on the QuickMuse website.

Please include your transaction reference so that our support team can identify and review your request efficiently.
